Guess Which DUGGAR Is DATING!?

The third oldest daughter of reality TV stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar from “19 Kids and Counting” is now officially dating at age 20!

Twenty-year-old Jessa Duggar met her new boyfriend, 18-year-old Ben Seewald, at church. Now he is courting his way into her heart.

However, not so fast buddy! Of course dad had some say so in the matter.

According to NY Daily News, Bob’s first rule was that Seewald goes through him first to get to his daughter.

“When a guy is pursuing your daughter, you want to check him out and see if there are any red flags,” Bob said.

Both Bob and Mrs. Duggar agreed that courting is very important before dating and how they are two different concepts.

The Huffington Post reported:

“Courting is getting to know each other in a group setting, both families spending time together and the couple setting goals together to determine if they are meant to marry. With dating, a couple will often pair off alone and that sometimes leads to a more physical relationship,” Jim Bob told People. Adding, “All of our family is involved in this relationship. It is an exciting time.”

Bob has made it clear that the young couple shouldn’t kiss or even embrace each other with hugs until marriage. Thus, this ultimatum is not because Bob disapproves of Seewald but because he actually supports their relationship only if it’s done in the appropriate way.

He recommends that his daughter learns from him and his wife’s dating mistakes.

“We hope they save they physical for when they are married,” Bob told Radar.

Ultimately, what attracts Bob most to Seewald is that he shares the same Christian faith and beliefs as his daughter. Seewald plans to pursue a pastoral career and the family couldn’t be more impressed.

“It appears like a match made in heaven,” Bob told NY Daily News.
