DORSET, VT. (THECOUNT) — Geoffrey Fuller, 28, of Danby, has been identified as the man who died Sunday evening after his motorcycle crashed off Morse Hill Road in Dorset, Vermont, according to the Vermont State Police.
The crash occurred at approximately 7 p.m. September 6 near the intersection of Morse Hill Road and Kelleher Road. Troopers assigned to the Vermont State Police Shaftsbury Barracks responded to the area following a report of a motorcycle crash.

Members of the Dorset Fire Department and Northshire Rescue also responded to the scene, where emergency personnel located the motorcycle crashed off the edge of the roadway.
“Geoff” Fuller was found unresponsive at the scene. He was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
According to the preliminary investigation, Fuller was traveling east on Morse Hill Road when he failed to navigate a curve in the roadway. The motorcycle subsequently left the roadway and struck a tree.
Fuller was operating a 2015 Victory Cross Country Tour motorcycle. The motorcycle sustained damage described by state police as totaling the vehicle.
Police said Fuller was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation. Vermont State Police have not announced any additional contributing factors.

Dorset is a town in Bennington County in southwestern Vermont, near the New York state border and approximately 20 miles north of Bennington. The crash occurred on Morse Hill Road near Kelleher Road in the Dorset area.
