BERKELEY COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Andrew Casey Johnson, of Saint Stephen, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday fatal motorcycle crash in Berkeley County.
“Casey” Johnson, 33, who was reported missing on July 30, was found deceased at the scene of a motorcycle crash days later.
According to reports, Johnson was killed in the crash in the Bonneau area along Highway 52 on Sunday. Investigators believe the crash occurred at approximately 12:26 a.m. Thursday.
Johnson was operating a Honda motorcycle on Highway 52, when for unknown reasons, the bike exited the roadway and struck a tree.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is being investigated by the Highway Patrol.
