Police arrested Isaak, 44, without incident on suspicion of four counts of Class AA felony murder in connection with the deaths of RJR co-owner Robert Fakler and employees Adam Fuehrer and William and Lois Cobb.

“The victims suffered stab wounds and/or gunshot wounds,” officials said.

Police identified a suspect vehicle through surveillance video, leading to a traffic stop where McLean County deputies detained Isaak.

Officials said evidence in the vehicle and on Isaak provided probable cause for Isaak’s arrest.

Isaak is being housed in the McLean County Jail. It was unclear when formal charges would be filed or Isaak would make a court appearance, reports BismarckTribune.

North Dakota court records do not show a criminal history for Isaak.

Officials said police are not seeking other suspects.

Isaak opened Isaak Chiropractic Of Washburn, on Main Avenue, in Washburn, ND, in 2006.

Officials said they could not offer a time frame for the homicides as police have not received the medical examiner’s report.

The case is still an active investigation.
