BALDWIN PARK, California. The son of ‘CHiPs’ actor and motorcycle hero Bruce Penhall was killed last night as he worked construction on a closed portion of the 10 Freeway.
Connor Penhall, 21, was hit by 37-year-old Takamoto Matsuhiko who was later arrested on suspicion of felony DUI.
