The Calabasas house is located in the luxurious guard gated community of “The Estates” in “The Oaks.” The house is estimated at 10,3000 square feet in space, sitting on over an acre of land, and is said to offer one of the “finest views” of the city.

This house, which they call the “chateau suenos” or “house of dreams”, comes fully loaded with walnut plank wood flooring, a gourmet kitchen and breakfast room, a two story library, formal dining rooms, an elevator, an advanced home theatre, iron staircases, a private basement/ wine cellar, a guest suite for company, a craft room, a master suite with accompanying master bath and sitting room, a pool highlighted by glass mosaic tiles, an infinity jacuzzi, guest house, 6 car garage, even a maid’s quarters!
