Eason Reid Gravley, of Greenwood, SC, is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and possession of a handgun in connection to the death of 48-year-old Joe Darius Black, after a bullet fired at a road sign, ricocheted and struck the decorated Marine veteran mortally wounding him.
