EL PASO COUNTY, CO. (THECOUNT) — Tucker Shivers has been identified as the victim in a fatal snowboarding accident on Pikes Peak, Colorado Wednesday.

The Coroner said Shivers, 24, was killed in an accidental snowboard crash while on Pikes Peak near the Little Italy run.

Shivers was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma.

He leaves behind a wife and child.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to support his family.

The El Paso County Sheriff said there’s no law on the books regarding skiing or snowboarding on Pikes Peak.

Pikes Peak is a 14,115-ft. pink granite peak featuring hiking trails with stunning views, climbing & campgrounds.
