JACKSON, KY. (THECOUNT) — Jeff Noble, a former weatherman at WYMT and WLEX, passed away on Wednesday. He was 67.
Noble, who also worked at Bowling Green WBKO and at newspapers in Corbin and his home of Breathitt County, died of undisclosed causes on Wednesday, according to WYMT.
A household name in mountain broadcasting, Noble worked at WYMT in the late 1980′s and early 1990′s and guided viewers through many weather events, the station reported Wednesday.
A cause of death was not provided.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
