CALLAHAN COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Randell & Cynthia Dianne Myers, of Abilene, Texas, have been identified as the victims in a Friday night double-fatal motorcycle collision in Callahan County.
Randell, 67, and 64-year-old Cynthia, were traveling on a motorcycle 20 miles south of Baird when they were both killed Friday night.
According to reports, Randell was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on FM-2926 near US-283 near Baird, when a pickup truck came into contact with the bike Friday night.
The couple was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
