YORK COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Christopher Wright of Sanford, Maine, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-motorcycle crash in York County Wednesday night.
Chris Wright, 27, was killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night near Springvale.
According to officials, Wright was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Main Street in Springvale, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Wright was thrown from the bike during the crash.
Wright was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
