GREENVILLE, SC. (THECOUNT) — Rebecca Nicole Haenning, of Greenville, has been identified as the victim found shot in a Greenville residence Saturday.
Haenning, 38, was named by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office as the woman found suffering from a gunshot wound in her Albain Circle home.
Deputies said they responded to Albain Circle 12:35 a.m. Saturday on calls of shots fired. Upon arrival, first responders located Haenning suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.
She was transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The coroner identified the victim as 38-year-old Rebecca Nicole Haenning. Her cause of death was listed as gunshot wound to the torso. source
Haenning’s cause of death is still under investigation.
