RENO, NV. (THECOUNT) — Nevada woman, Jennifer Alvarado-Lopez, has been named as the victim in a head-on collision on Electric Avenue Friday.
Alvarado-Lopez, 23, was operating a vehicle on Electric Avenue near the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center just after 5 p.m. when the fatal crash occurred, reports the Nevada Highway Patrol.
NHP say they believe Alvarado-Lopez drifted across center lines and collided with a service truck.
Storey County Sheriff’s Office said the three unidentified males in the service truck have been transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. source
Alcohol, drugs or speed were not considered a factor in the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
