Hundreds Of San Diego University Students Exposed To Meningitis

Up to a staggering 400 San Diego State University Students have been exposed to Meningococcal disease, meningitis, a rare and serious infection.

Between 300 and 400 students and staff at SDSU have been told to get antibiotics after a fellow student was sickened with meningococcal disease.
