A couple weeks ago, Los Angeles prosecutors had charged Michael Jackson’s late physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, with involuntary manslaughter. Murray pleaded not guilty to the charge, but he admitted giving Michael the powerful anesthetic “Propofol” as a sleep aid on the day Michael died.
Since that hearing, Michael’s father Joe Jackson has not been satisfied with the outcome. He wants to dig deeper into this case…he believes there is more than meets the eye.
Back in court Friday morning, a Los Angeles judge just granted Joe Jackson permission to obtain his son Michael Jackson’s medical records. But the catch is that Joe nor the public will be able to see the documents. Judge Mitchell Beckloff stated that only a hired ‘medical expert’ could view the documents for Joe.
After viewing the documents, reports say that Joe will then decide whether or not to take further legal action against Dr. Conrad Murray, who was the Doctor with Michael the time of his death.
It’s been 58 days since a Staples Center employee locked the golden wristband on ThecounT’s wrist- granting him entrance to the Michael Jackson Memorial Service. Today Michael is finally getting laid to rest, and ThecounT is finally cutting off his golden wristband! It’s tattered, it’s torn and it’s now more silver than gold, however, the wristband held up amazingly well!
No doubt an emotional moment for ThecounT but he won’t go it alone! Crystal Marven will be joining him! A close friend of Michael and a Joe Jackson recording artist, Crystal is the prefect person to do a little hand holding and ThecounT’s first choice to finally cut the cord!

Michael will not be getting buried on what would have been his 51st birthday. The date was set for August 29 on his birthday, but has now been moved to September 3. That is five more days later!
Earlier today, spokesman Ken Sunshine, didn’t say any reason for the delay of Michael’s burial.
The Jackson family had planned a private daytime service for Aug. 29. Michael will now be interred in The Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn-Glendale at a private evening ceremony. The mausoleum includes a stained-glass replica of Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper” and replicas of Michelangelo’s statues. We assume the burial plans will stay the same, except for the obvious date change to Sept. 3rd.
Wonder if Jermaine Jackson, Michael’s brother, is mad that their Mother Katherine for not burying Michael at Neverland Ranch?
Normally when someone’s father says something you can consider it a pretty good source, however, with the Jackson Clan you never know. Having said that, Joe Jackson, Jackson patriarch, has spoken to the Daily News indicating his son, Michael Jackson, is to be buried at 10 a.m. on August 29th 2009, which was to have been Michael’s 51st birthday.
Joe also said Michael’s final resting place will be Forest Lawn, located in the Hollywood Hills.
Speaking to the reporter at the Palms hotel and casino, over Ribs and jalapeno pepper corn bread, Joe also managed to promote another of his appearances, this time a celebrity star to be dedicated to Michael at the Brenden Theatres, Las Vegas.
Joe showed up accompanied by a Crystal Marven, a singer he has just signed to his new record label.
Michael Jackson’s sister Janet Jackson attended tonight’s BET Awards along with her father Joe Jackson. Janet speaks to the fans very seriously about Michael’s death.
Janet says:
“My entire family wanted to be here tonight but it was just too painful, so they elected me to speak to all of you. I’m going to keep it very short. To you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family. And he will forever live in all of our hearts. On behalf of my family, and myself, thank you for all of your love. Thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much. Thank you so much.”
Tonight, watch the BET Music Awards June 28th at 8pm PT/ET. The show has been rearranged last minute for a special tribute to Michael Jackson. Breitbart news reports that Michael’s father Joe Jackson will be attending tonight. Last minute stars like Justin Timberlake and Usher Raymond are trying to get last minute flights into L.A. to attend. Hosted by Jamie Foxx, the BET Awards telecast was extended by 30 minutes to accommodate various Jackson tribute.
Get your tissues and join the world for a river of tears for Michael. This is unbelievable. We are torn to pieces. Hang in there everybody. We love you.

“Michael Jackson was taken by an ambulance to a hospital in Los Angeles … and we’re told it was cardiac arrest and that paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance.”
