Matt Dillon Arrested!

Happy New Year Matt! Mr. Dillon was arrested in Vermont for going 106 MPH in a 2009 Chevrolet Impala. Here is his booking photo. Matt faces 3 months and $300 in fines. Something tells me only the fine will stick.
