"I'll will destroy you, Prejean!"
Shanna Moakler, who became the target of Carrie Prejean’s wrath yesterday when the former Miss California sued Moakler among others, is firing back. Prejean is suing Moakler and others associated with Miss California USA for religious discrimination. Moakler thinks Carrie is…well, she thinks she’s an idiot.
“On Ms. Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean’s lawsuit is without merit,” said Shanna Moakler’s laywer, Mel Avanzado. Go on, Mr. Avanzado.
“More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”
This is a story that is sure to go on for awhile. I’ll keep my opinions to myself but I can candidly say that I’m looking forward to much for back-and-forth between these two. Hopefully The Donald jumps into this fight.

Lose lose
Just when you thought you heard the last of uncrowned Miss California Carrie Prejean, we get news of a lawsuit filed by the former beauty queen.
Mentioned in the suit are California pageant executive director Keith Lewis and ex Travis Barker wife and former Miss USA, Shanna Moakler. Prejean is suing for libel, slander and religious discrimination.
Prejean was unceremoniously given the boot after she was said to have missed scheduled appearances, however, her attorney is saying that is false and that his client was fired for refusing to stop mentioning God and for answering a single question as part of a Q&A session during the pageant.
Prejean answered a now infamous question asked by gossip girl Perez Hilton. The exchange went like this:
Perez: “Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex-marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?”
Prejean answered: “Well, I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. And you know what, in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anyone out there, but that’s how I was raised, and that’s how I think it should be between a man and a woman.”

Ready for war!
What the hell is going on with former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean?! Is TMZ right, is the beauty queen really suing the Miss California USA organization? She’s only doing damage to herself! Can’t she just let this whole thing die?
As I stated, TMZ is reporting that Ms. Prejean is ready to sue. In response, Miss California USA’s lawyer wrote up an angry (but justified) letter. Basically, he said that if Ms. Prejean doesn’t stop bad-mouthing the organization and its director then they will spill the beans about her. If she tries to sue the company for defamation she better be ready for story after story about how rude and unprofessional she was. They’re ready for this war if Carrie wants it. Sounds like a pretty serious warning.

Remember former Miss USA Board member, Shanna Moakler, who ran with Pageant Director Keith Lewis, quit the board because she did not believe Carrie should keep her crown when teenage bikini pictures surfaced of Carrie on the internet. You remember the semi-open vest ‘boob flash’ bikini photos that surfaced the net around the time of Miss USA 2009? Shanna also didn’t agree with the pageant letting Carrie keep her crown when she violated her contract by lobbying on behalf of an anti-gay-marriage group. Remember the Miss USA board STILL wanted to keep Miss California! Shanna resigned out of the club fast! Shanna said she ‘didn’t believe in the organization anymore.’ Carrie claimed that her own teen bikini photo’s ‘vest boob flash’, was due to the ‘wind that blew her vest open.’

FORMER Miss California
The great queen has fallen. Carrie Prejean, Miss USA runner-up, Perez Hilton fan and all around fame hog, has been stripped (no pun intended) of her Miss California title by the Miss California USA organization. Prejean, who survived not one but two scandals and retained her crown, was dethroned because of “contract violations” according to the organization. That’s just a polite way of saying she wanted all the fame but none of the work.
Donald Trump, owner of Miss USA (the organization, not the actual human being), was involved in the decision, which is effective immediately. Miss California USA runner-up, Tami Farrell, will take the crown.
The organization’s director said Prejean wasn’t too keen on making appearances on behalf of Miss California USA and that the relationship hadn’t been repaired since last month’s press conference. So she survived a big political scandal, then a topless photo scandal but was eventually taken down by her own doing. Somewhere, deep in his secret hidden lair, Perez Hilton is laughing.

So here they are, full frontal nudity from none other than the god fearing Carrie Prejean. Let’s face it, these pictures would hardly have been a blip on the radar if Miss California hadn’t made a statement about how gay people should not be allowed to get hitched. It left her open to heavy scrutiny. Didn’t anyone bother to send Prejean the memo? ”it’s 2009 not 1950” a glorious time in American History when a black man can be (and is) President and alternative lifestyles are widely accepted, that’s what makes this country great and Prejean should have thought about that before jumping on her soapbox.

Trump was superseded by Miss California USA pageant heads as they named Tami Farrell, Miss Malibu to “Beauty of California ambassador.” Only Trump can strike the crown from Perjean’s naughty big head and Trump may or may not do this at his press conference being held tomorrow.
It all went down at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills this morning. The Miss California USA pageant heads held a press conference at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills this morning over the current Miss California debacle. Shanna Moakler, co-executive director of the Miss California USA pageant and Ex wife of Drummer/ Jet Crash survivor Travis Barker said, “She entered the contest under false pretense,” continuing, “Accepting the title comes with the responsibility to represent everyone in her state, not just those who share her opinion.”
The LA Times reported on Carrie the following; Apparently, Miss Prejean doesn’t even speak to the California officials any longer. In fact, according to the pageant peeps, she’s surrounded by “handlers” and advisers” who don’t communicate with them about Carrie. The officials claim that Carrie is no longer doing Miss California events and has not made herself available to them.

What's it gunna be?
Donald Trump, Just off The Apprentice finally, where he award the top prize to Joan Rivers, despite the fact River’s competitor raised 4 times the amount money that she did. Now Trump has the fate of Carrie Prejean, Miss California, in his hands.
The Ex Miss USA hopeful, Prejean took odds with people who came out of the closet while having a few skeletons in her own closet, posing nude as a teenager.
Now Trump must decide later today, if all this stir is worth Prejean losing her Miss California crown.
Trump is in a tough spot, a lose-lose sort-of situation as no matter what he chooses to do he is sure to offend many.
It is hard to say if Prejean can really lose in the big picture. The notoriety has been huge for her since she answered a question on gay marriage, asked by gossip god, Perez Hilton, at the Miss USA Pageant. Prejean has already been offered a million dollars to appear in a porno. Common sense tells us, now that her dreams of becoming Miss USA have been all but dashed, she may want to consider all offers.

Dumb Blond, dirty bird or bigot?
On the Today show, Miss California, Carrie Prejean told a half-gay, Matt Lauer, “I was attacked for giving my own opinion on the stage of the Miss USA contest. And I’m going to do whatever it takes to protect marriage. It’s something that is very dear to my heart.”
Prejean may be on a mission to protect marriage, however, she may have been on something else when she posed for very racy pictures at the tender age of 17. In the photo released, we see Prejean with her back to the camera and showing some heavy side boobie action.
I think the main reason Prejean is running in to trouble is that she has an opinion in the first place, why can she just parade around and look hot? Do we really need a beauty pageant winner telling us who can and can not get married? I know people that let their dogs get married! (My dog Bert is married to a stuffed pig.) Who cares? No matter what was written, I can’t believe Jesus would have objected to two people in love, bonding in matrimony, holy or otherwise.
