COOK COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — A Vernon Hills man killed in a wrong-way collision on Interstate 90 has been identified as Quinn Anthony Fraboni, according to Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office records.
Fraboni, 27, was driving north on Interstate 90 near Cumberland Avenue in Rosemont, Illinois, when his Honda was struck by a Volkswagen traveling in the wrong direction early Wednesday morning, according to the Daily Herald.
The driver of the Volkswagen was taken to a hospital, but the severity of their injuries is not yet known.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to conduct an autopsy on Fraboni later on Thursday as the investigation into the crash continues.
