SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — William Price, of Wilton, New York, and Heath Miller, of Green Port, New York, have been identified as two of four people killed in a Friday night Suffolk County crash involving a Tesla.
Peter R. Smith, 80, and Patricia A. O’Neill, 66, both of Brooklyn, New York, have been identified as the victims in the second involved Vehicle.
According to reports, Price, 56, and 47-year-old Miller, were traveling in a Tesla on NY-25 in East Marion, when the vehicle came into head-on contact with a Ford Explorer around 11:30 p.m. Friday. Both vehicles then burst into flames.
All four involved individuals were pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
It is unclear which vehicle crossed centerlines.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
