MIDLAND COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Pedro Abel Lugo, of Midland, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday morning vehicle crash in Midland County.
Lugo, 40, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Midland Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Lugo ws operating a Range Rover in the 4300 block of North Loop 250 West in Midland, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over.
Lugo, who was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
