MAYES COUNTY, OK. (THECOUNT) — Christopher Pritchett of Pryor, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday morning vehicle collision in Mayes County.

Pritchett, 25, was killed in a two-vehicle collision involving a big-rig Tuesday morning near Pryor.

According to reports, Pritchett was operating a Ford Focus on OK-20 near S 439, when the vehicle came into rear end contact with a slow-moving semi-tractor, operated by a 48-year-old Glenpool man around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Pritchett pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.

The truck driver refused treatment at the scene.

The cause of the crash remain under investigation.
