PHILADELPHIA, PA. (THECOUNT) — Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a toddler “dropped off” near E Street in Philadelphia, PA Saturday.
According to police, the 18-month-old girl was left “with a witness” at 7:30 a.m. Saturday near the 3100 block of E Street near McPherson Square Branch.
The mother asked the witness to watch the baby for a short time, but did not return. After 20 minutes the witness contacted police, reports Fox29.
The baby was safely transported to a local hospital with apparent facial injuries.
Police are now looking to identify the baby and her mother.
Anyone with possible information should contact police at 911 immediately.

Didn't the "witness" know the child and the mother?? There is no way in the world I am watching a stranger's child. This story is full of holes. Fix it.
This child has been through pure hel. Look at her eyes. There is nothing there. I hope they catch the so called mother and the "witness"quickly.
