OXFORD COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Heather Bickford and Dana Hill, from Canton, Maine, have been identified as the man and woman found inside a South Paris apartment Tuesday night, according to officials.
The bodies of Bickford and Hill, both 31, were discovered in an apartment adjacent to the Market Square Restaurant after police were called to perform a welfare check at the location around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, according Maine State Police.

Market Square Restaurant is located at 24 Market St, in South Paris, Maine.
Bickford’s two children, ages 8 and 2 months, were present in the apartment but were uninjured. They have been placed in HHS custody, according to wgme.
Police say they were called to the apartment around 8:30 p.m. by a man who knows the couple. source
Police did not describe a manner or cause of death.
Autopsies on the bodies will be performed Wednesday morning.
