The Pulaski County Jail says there was a breakdown in communication, which would have told prison staff to transport Jackson back to Little Rock to await his trial for Capital Murder.

In 2017, Jackson was arrested and charged with capital murder in the slaying of Marigliano, 31, a Naples taxi driver who was driving through Arkansas on his way to Arizona.

The homicide that occurred July 28, 2017, at Berkley Apartments at 1601 N. Shackleford Road, according to a news release.

Marigliano, a married father of two, had been traveling with friends in the U.S. for about a month before he left the group to visit other areas, his family said.

Anyone with information on Jackson’s whereabouts is urged to contact police at 911.
