Giving up the three piece suit and leaving behind an integrated salary in the big leagues was more of a relief than a worry to Harvey Milk. Wanting a life outside of the closet door, Harvey sets his sights upon re-igniting his life and going after what he wants. No one can tell him no and since he’s already been dead for 40 years, he doesn’t plan on being around to be dead another 40.
He finds love with a young man, “Scott” played by James Franco and they both move to the Castro in San Francisco and embark on the true tale of a gay man, a dream, and the brilliant perseverance for gay rights.
Building a life in a camera shop and enlisting a society of gay friendly businesses was Harvey’s forte in order to avoid and speak out about those people who were not accepting of gay rights. Why not? He was a fantastic businessman in another life.

Mark Ruffalo Back To Work – Scores Orlando Bloom
“Director” Mark Ruffalo is back on track with indie film, “Sympathy for Delicious.” The directorial debut of the actor was put on hold because of a personal tragedy.
James Franco (“Milk”) was supposed to be part of the cast, but fell out during the time Mark was taking time to deal with family matters.

Ruffalo is back and going strong, signing Orlando Bloom (“Pirates of the Caribbean”) who is replacing Franco. Golden Globe winner for HBO’s “John Adams”, Laura Linney, is also in the mix. Linney also played opposite Ruffalo in another indie flick, “You Can Count on Me.”
“Sympathy for Delicious,” tracks a paralyzed Deejay through the streets of L.A., it’s along the way that he finds religion and even Jesus-like powers. Then exchanges everything to be a rock star.

[singlepic id=357 w=320 h=240 float=left]Prosecutors say they will drop charges against Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright over a bar fight that happened in the Louisiana city of Shreveport.
Prosecutors agreed at a hearing today to drop charges that is IF Brolin and Wright pay $130 each in court costs, it is being reported.
Josh Broiln (No Country For Old Men) and Wright (No Body) were charged when they interfered with cops after the fight at the bar in July of 2007.
Brolin was there shooting Oliver Stone movie “W.” with other cast and crew when the brawl broke out. Five-0 arrived after a grip was asked to leave.
Pepper-spray when a flying on and about both Brolin and Wright. Wright was also Tasered.
