NEW HAVEN COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Tracy DeCosta, of Madison, Connecticut, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday night crash in New Haven County.
DeCosta, 56, was killed in a two-vehicle crash that injured two others near Madison Wednesday night.

According to reports, DeCosta was traveling in a vehicle on Durham Road near Goat Lot Road in Madison, when the vehicle came into contact with another vehicle around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.
DeCosta was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Two other individuals were transported to area hospitals with unknown life-threatening injuries.
No further information on the crash was made available.
