GREENSBORO, NC. (THECOUNT) — Kevin Watson, of Greensboro, North Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a vehicle-versus-motorcycle collision on Saturday afternoon.
Watson, 63, was killed Saturday following an afternoon crash, according to the Greensboro Police Department.

According to officials, Kathy Dunning Spencer was operating a vehicle traveling on Wendover Avenue East near Penry Road in Greensboro, when she entered the intersection on a steady ready light.
As she attempted to cross, police say she collided with Watson who was traveling on a motorcycle on Penry road.
Watson was thrown from his bike during the collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Police say Dunning has been charged with Misdemeanor Death by Motor Vehicle and for Entering into an Intersection on a Steady Red Light. A “Steady Red Light” is when a traffic signal is emitting a steady red circular light controlling traffic approaching an intersection, an approaching vehicle facing the red light shall come to a stop and shall not enter the intersection.
