OZARK, AL. (THECOUNT) — Keith Antonio Snell, of Ozark, Alabama, has been identified as the victim of a Saturday morning hit-and-run in Dale County.

Snell, 25, was killed after he was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle in Ozark on Saturday.

According to ALEA, Snell was fatally struck while on Harris Road by a vehicle that fled the scene around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

After further investigation, ALEA State Troopers in conjunction with the Ozark Police Department, located the vehicle and driver. He has been identified as Anthony Edward Sullivan, of Ozark.

Sullivan, 31, was arrested, charged with Manslaughter. He is currently housed in the Dale County Jail.
