ORANGE COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — A frightening moment played out in Anaheim Tuesday night as Stanley Cup champions St. Louis Blues took on the Ducks, after Jay Bouwmeester suddenly collapsed on the team bench.
During the first period of the contest, the defenseman collapsed while on the team bench.

A few of his teammates, including captain Alex Pietrangelo noticed his fall and realized something was terribly wrong, reports HockeyFeed.
They called over the trainers to get help to Bouwmeester.
