YUMA, AZ. (THECOUNT) — We are now learning, Michael Guinn, the motorcyclist involved in a fatal Sunday crash, was struck in a hit-and-run crash, according to sources.
TheCount.com earlier reported, Guinn 40, Yuma, Arizona, was the victim in a single-motorcycle crash in Yuma Sunday night. But emerging reports indicate, he was struck by a Chevy Malibu that then fled the scene, leaving him mortally injured on the roadway.

Guinn was killed around 7 p.m. while traveling on a motorcycle on 32nd street in Yuma Sunday night, according to reports.
According to the Yuma Police Department, Guinn was operating a motorcycle when he crashed Monday near Avenues 7E and 8E in Yuma.
The details of the crash were not provided by officials as of Monday morning.
There was an update stating that the victim was hit by a Chevy Malibu which cause the accident (hit & run). Should probably add that as authorities are looking for tips.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
