HOPE TOWNSHIP, MI. (THECOUNT) — Benjamin Stenger, of Delton, Michigan, has been identified as the driver that was killed Saturday night following a single-vehicle crash, according to Sunday reports.
“Ben” Stenger, 29, was operating a vehicle in Hope Township when he was killed in a crash on Saturday before 7:30 p.m.

According to investigators, Stenger was traveling on Keller Road near Otis Lake Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then struck a substantial tree.
Stenger was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
It appears speed was a factor, reports WoodTV.
It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol were a factor.
The crash remains under investigation.
