HENDRY COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Belle Glade, Florida man, Jamson Richemond, has been arrested Friday after being named in September as a “Person of Interest” in the death of 24-year-old Bolman “Bee Love” Slater, on September 4, 2019. He is also a person of interest in the death of Jamal “Jampack” Hubert, a 30-year-old man whose body was recovered in a canal in Palm Beach County.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richemond, 29, Friday night. He is being held without bond.

In 2012, Richemond, then 22, was facing charges of aggravated assault with a firearm and attempted first-degree murder.
The shooting victim — identified as Victor Joseph, 38, also of Belle Glade — Richemond out of a line up as the man who shot at him on Friday night as he drove away on Southwest Third Street, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
Joseph said he was fired at “multiple times,” but was not injured. Investigators recovered 40-caliber casings from the scene, the report said.
Richemond is also believed to be connected to the killing of Hubert, a father found dead in a South Bay canal in June.
September 25, 2019, Hendry County Sheriff Steve Whidden announced that 29-year-old Richemond may have had some involvement in the violent deaths.
Sheriff Whidden stated, “It is believed that Richemond may have had some involvement in Hubert’s death,” reports Fox4Now.
This release comes after police raided a home in Clewiston thought to have connections to the murder.
