LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) — The woman who drove the getaway car after Eric Holder shot and killed Nipsey Hussle, says the shooting was triggered by a conversation about snitching, according to grand jury testimony.

The unidentified woman, who is named only as Witness 1, claims Holder was hanging out on March 31 when they went to The Marathon Clothing strip mall to get food.

She says they pulled in and recognized Nipsey whom she says she was excited to see, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, witness 1 says she overheard Holder ask Nipsey if he ever snitched. She says Nipsey waived Holder off, as if he didn’t want to speak with him, but not before accusing Holder of being a snitch. Holder left the conversation and got his food from the restaurant … then the 2 got into their car.

The woman says Holder then instructed her to drive around the corner from the mall, and then she saw him pull out a black, semi-automatic handgun. He pulled back the slide and then asked her to go around the block so he could do a drive-by shooting. She says she refused.

Witness 1 then says Holder exited her vehicle, put on a red shirt and instructed her not to move.

He entered through the alley and allegedly fired several shots at Nipsey and others individuals before fleeing the scene and to witness 1’s waiting vehicle.

It’s worth noting the rapper’s untimely death came just hours before he was to meet with LAPD and Los Angeles officials for a gang violence summit.

Baylett Starz, the was named on the internet as the alleged driver of the getaway car involved in the murder of rapper, Nipsey Hussle. This has not been confirmed.

TMZ says they’ve viewed the video from the scene showing Hussle alleged shooter, Eric Holder, show up at The Marathon clothing store while driving a vehicle with Starz as a passenger.

Holder exited the vehicle, exchanged word with Hussle, which included the rapper accusing Holder of being a “snitch,” which Holder vehemently denied. Holder eventually left that conversation and walked away placing an order at a nearby hamburger stand.

Holder then departed the area driving the same vehicle still occupied by Starz.

A short time later, Holder returned to the clothing store location, located at Slauson and Crenshaw, this time as a passenger with Starz now operating the vehicle.

Holder exited the vehicle, which Starz left running as she wait for him as he walked toward the clothing store.

Following the deadly shooting, Holder can be seen on video making a mad dash for the waiting vehicle.

As soon as he entered the vehicle, Starz put pedal to the metal and fled the scene.

The driver of the car, who has not been officially identified, was interviewed by LAPD detectives several days after the murder, but was allowed to leave without being arrested.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time, “Sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot,” a sign the driver was cooperating with law enforcement.

It’s now been several weeks and the driver still has not been arrested.

A law enforcement source told TMZ, one of the delays in charging the driver, is whether she had prior knowledge a shooting was about to committed.

The driver insisted she did not know Holder’s intent or that he was armed.

Several witnesses to the murder claim they have not yet been contacted by police.

TheCount.com can not independently confirm the name of the getaway driver, who social media have also called by her alleded Facebook name, “Baylett SF Bayz.”

Some have suggested the woman driver has gang ties, calling her “a chick from Hoovers,” a reference to the Crips, reports NewsOne.

Hussle was reportedly a formerly a member of the Crips gang before he became the community activist and was eventually shot and killed.
