HOLDREGE, NE. (THECOUNT) — Raymond Burton and David Rogers, have been identified as the victim shot dead in Holdrege, Nebraska on Thursday.
Burton, 65, and Rogers, 54, were both found suffering from fatal gunshot injuries in separate units of the Sunrise View Apartments, in Holdrege on Thursday.

A third person was also injured in the incident.
Holdrege man, Manuel Gomez, 45, was arrested in the deadly incident following a brief police pursuit.
Holdrege Police say they responded to a call of shots fired at 416 Logan Street, in Holdrege, near the Cozy Inn Cafe.
Additional crime scenes were then identified in multiple units at the Sunrise View Apartments at 1422 12th Avenue, reports KSNBlocal4.
The injured victim, Doyle Morse, 64, was able to call 911 after being shot at 416 Logan Street. He has been life-flighted to Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney in critical condition.
The Nebraska State Patrol has been assisted by the Holdrege Police Department, the Phelps County Sheriff’s Office, and South Central Area Law Enforcement Services in the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
