One shocking video emerging from Hawaii shows a little girl being placed into a flood control drain. She can be heard faintly saying, “I don’t wanna get in there.”
Some theorized on social media that the unspeakable false alarm may have been sent intentionally by officials who were prepared to monitor citizens’ reaction to such a pending calamity.
Very sad I’m sure this little girl will be scarred for life #HawaiiMBB pic.twitter.com/nKAVP9bauP
