T.J. Lane, a student convicted of a high school shooting in Chardon, Ohio, killing three students and injuring three, was given three life sentences without the possibility of parole. He came into the courtroom defiantly and opened his buttoned shirt and exposed a white t-shirt with “KILLER” scrawled on it.

After listening to the grieving families he responded back with this shocking statement: “The hand that pulls the trigger that killed your sons now mast***ates to the memory. F**k all of you.” He then gave them the finger.
I don’t understand why he wasn’t in handcuffs and I don’t know why the judge didn’t demand he cover his shirt.
