Apparently, early screenings of the mega-movie The Hobbit, revealed it may induce a mystery illness. Countless ticketholders complained of feeling dizzy and nauseous after watching the movie’s high-speed 3-D camera effects, “I was watching the movie and I started felling sick, I thought it may have been the Twizzlers but then I saw some other people making their way for the door so I figured something was up” said one moviegoers sickened by the Peter Jackson elf-travaganza.
It’s notable that Jackson utilized a brand-new technology which captures 3-D at twice the normal number of frames per second. Could it be this new frame capture rate is literally messing with peoples heads? It’s not like there’s a government agency that regulates that kind of thing, yet…
