CUMBERLAND COUNTY, ME. (THECOUNT) — Casey Southworth has been identified as the Norway, Maine teenager killed Tuesday motorcycle crash involving school bus in Gorham.
Southworth, 18, was operating a motorcycle when he rear-ended a school bus carrying student athletes on Tuesday afternoon. The bus was operated by 64-year-old Dennis Dubay of Windham.

According to reports, Southworth was operating a Kawasaki ZX600 motorcycle, when the bike came into contact with the school bus on Libby Avenue in Gorham around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The bike then traveled in the path of a vehicle operated by 18-year-old Sarah Valeriani of Gorham.
Southworth was transported to Maine Medical Center where he later died.
Police are still investigating the crash and ask witnesses to call the police department at 222-1660.
