GREENE COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Morgan Woods, of Mosheim, Tennessee, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday vehicle crash in Greene County.
Woods, 31, was killed and a youth was injured in a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor in Mosheim Wednesday evening.

According to reports, Woods was operating a Ford Expedition on Interstate 81 near Mile Marker 27, when the SUV came into rear-end contact with a stopped big-rig around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday.
A child passenger in the SUV was transported to an area hospital with unknown disclosed injuries.
Woods was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
