DAVIDSON COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Guests of nearby hotels were evacuated to Nissan Stadium after a “loud boom” rocked the Nashville area Christmas morning in Davidson County, Tennessee.
The Fire Department, the bomb squad and an active investigation by Metro police and federal agencies followed a massive explosion that may have emanated from a parked RV Friday morning near Nashville.

The explosion, which blow out windows, set vehicles on fire and mangled trees, was located near the Melting Pot on 166 2nd Avenue North in Nashville.

The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
