WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Tyree Brox, of Washington, DC, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday shooting in District of Columbia.
Brox, 25, was found fatally shot in a vehicle Monday afternoon.

According to reports, Brox was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a vehicle near 51st Street Southeast and Bass Place Southeast in Marshall Heights.
Brox was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
No motive or suspect information was provided by officials.
Brox was reportedly now residing in Suitland, Maryland.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
