TULSA, OK. (THECOUNT) — Carl J. Harris III, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been identified as the Saturday night Keystone Lake drowning victim.
Harris, 20, died after apparently drowning in Keystone Lake Saturday night.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, drowning occurred around 6 p.m. near the Green Country Boat Ramp near Red Country Campground in Tulsa.
Harris was swimming near the cove when he went under and never resurfaced about 200 feet from the shore.
Harris’s body was recovered in about 6 feet of water, according to officials.
The fatal incident remains under investigation.
