TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Ariel Stout of Strasburg, Ohio, has been identified as the teenage victim in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 77 in Tuscarawas County Thursday.
Stout, 19, was killed in a two-vehicle crash that also injured three other people, including a child, near Newcomerstown Thursday.

According to reports, Stout was operating a Chevrolet Impala on I-77 near Newcomerstown, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The vehicle then came into contact with a Chevrolet Equinox.
Stout’s child was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Stout was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Two elderly victims traveling in the Equinox were transported to area hospitals in unknown condition.
