POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Floyd Quick has been identified as one of two Lewis Central High School students killed in a Lewis, Iowa, crash Friday, according to reports.
Quick, 17, and another teen in the passenger vehicle, died in a multi-vehicle crash in Pottawattamie County crash Friday.

The tragic crash, which involved a passenger vehicle and a pickup truck, occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Pioneer Trail & Humbolt Lane in Lewis, IA. Investigators determined there was another vehicle involved in the crash that did not remain at the scene.
Officials are asking anyone with possible information about that third vehicle to contact the Sheriff’s Office Traffic Investigations Division at 712-890-2288.
No description of the third vehicle was provided by officials.
The occupants of the pickup truck were treated by medics at the scene.
Quick and another teen were pronounced dead at the scene.
Responding officers discovered a pickup and passenger car involved in a ditch just south of the intersection. The car was overturned, reports KCCI.
