PORTLAND, OR. (THECOUNT) — Thomas Osborn, of Portland, Oregon, has been identified as the victim shot and killed in Northeast Portland Irvington neighborhood early Saturday morning, according to reports.

Osborn, 47, of Portland, died of “homicide by gunshot,” the Multnomah County Medical Examiner said Sunday afternoon.

Officers were called out about 2:15 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 2) on reports of a shooting near Northeast Broadway and 21st Avenue. They arrived to find Osborn with a gunshot wound; he was taken to the hospital where he later was pronounced dead, reports KATU.
