BOLTON LANDING, NY. (THECOUNT) — Frank J. Fodera, of Ballston Spa, NY, has been identified as the victim killed when the motorcycle he was operating collided with a sport-utility vehicle in Warren County on Friday.
Fodera, 64, was operating a 2018 Harley-Davidson on County Rte 11 near New Vermont Road before 4:30 p.m. Friday, when the fatal collision occurred.

Police said, a Ford Edge SUV driven by Doreen H. Martin, 62, of Bolton, attempted to cross the road at the four-way New Vermont Road intersection while heading north, when she collided with Fodera’s motorcycle.
Martin said she did not see the motorcycle, and pulled into its path. Fodera was unable to avoid the SUV, reports PostStar.
No charges were filed as of late Friday, but the investigation was continuing.
