YUMA, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Trisha Ann Mendoza of Somerton, Arizona, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Yuma Friday morning.
Mendoza, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Yuma Friday morning after she failed to observe a stop sign and collided with a medal utility pole near South Avenue A & West 8th Street, in Yuma, AZ.

According to a crash report, Mendoza was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the violent collision.
Mendoza was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Critical Accident Response Team responded to the scene and assumed the investigation, reports KYMA.
