CAROLINA FOREST, SC. (THECOUNT) — North Carolina dance instructor, Bryan Beaman, has again been arrested and jailed after a reported inappropriate conduct with a minor.
Beaman, 47, was arrested and charged with Criminal sexual conduct with a minor between the ages of 11 and 14, and unlawful neglect of a child.

A parent of a child who attends the academy alerted WMBF News to Beaman’s arrest, hoping to remain anonymous. The parent expressed concerns over Beaman being allowed to remain active around children despite a previous charge for criminal sexual conduct involving a minor, reports WMBFNews.
Beaman is listed as a Co-Owner and Executive Director at Carolina Forest Performing Arts Academy (CFPAA) located at 4211 Carolina Exchange Drive.
The studio’s website says it has been open since August 2009 and has “most recently earned the distinction of Top Dance Studio at Encore Regionals in February of this year.”
Arrest records specify Beaman’s first offense occurred prior to July 1, 2015.
According to arrest records, Beaman is being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center without bail.
