STATEN ISLAND, NY. (THECOUNT) — Francesco Cali has been identified as the man shot and killed Wednesday on Staten Island.
Francesco “Franky Boy” Cali, 53, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his body at his home in the borough’s Todt Hill section just after 9 p.m.

Cali was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries, reports ClickOnDetroit.
He was reportedly a member of the infamous Gambino Family, once one of the the most powerful criminal organizations in the U.S.
Federal prosecutions in the 1980s and 1990s sent its top leaders to prison and diminished its reach.
The investigation is ongoing.
