DALLAS, TX. (THECOUNT) — Jesus Chavarria-Vasquez has been identified as the suspect sought in a triple-fatal hit-and-run collision that killed three pedestrians on Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, in Dallas on Sunday.

Chavarria-Vasquez, 32, was operating a black 2013 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck when it was involved in an accident at 3200 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, in Dallas at approximately 3:31 a.m.

The suspect was traveling eastbound when he struck three pedestrians as they were changing a tire on the side of the freeway.

The three pedestrians were pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.

The deceased are Hieu Minh Doan, 22, David Nguyen, 23, and 23-year-old Christopher Pham.

A rear passenger was transported to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The suspect’s truck was disabled and he left the scene of the accident, leaving his injured 12 year old juvenile son, reports DPDBeat.

The suspect also has a black 2008 Cadillac, Texas Tag JZS0584 and may also be driving a white work van. (unknown make and model).
